There are different levels of computing support across the University available to residential faculty and staff.
- Personal computers in the College Houses: residential faculty and staff who have personal computers in their College House apartments can receive computing support through the College House Computing support ticket system.
- Department issued computers: faculty and staff who have computers in their offices should contact their school or department for assistance.
- Penn school/department email accounts: For assistance with a Penn school/department email account, faculty should contact their school or department for assistance.
- Penn CHAS Staff email accounts: For assistance with a CHAS departmental Penn email account in CHAS Central or College House Office, staff should contact their CHAS LSP.
