College House Computing has 9 full-time staff, and coordinates with the 12 College Houses to hire a student worker staff of approximately 90 Information Technology Advisors (ITAs), Senior ITAs (SRITAs), and ITA Managers. ITAs provide walk-in and in-room computing support directly to residents who request help via the rescomp website and also staff the help desks in the computer labs in each College House.
IT Support Specialists-Residential Support Services (ITSS-RSS) are ITA program supervisors for ITA Managers providing technical assistance in the case escalation process. ITSSs work directly with ISC on identifying and resolving network connectivity and security problems.
IT Support Specialists-Technology Support Services (ITSS-TSS) are ITA supervisors who support and maintain the College House Computing labs, printing, IT learning spaces, and Enhanced Technology Program Spaces.
The College House Computing IT Support Specialist staff report directly to the CHAS Director for IT Services.
